At T² Lumina Whimsy, your satisfaction is our top priority! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
2. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including any gift boxes or pouches.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us at t2luminawhimsy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving return instructions (we recommend using a trackable service). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).
4.1 Partial Refunds:
- Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error) may receive a partial refund.
4.2 Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible—your happiness is our priority!
